Kohima, September 11 (MExN): A capacity building programme on ‘building workplace culture’ was conducted by the IQAC, Kohima College for the non-teaching staff of Kohima College with Colo Mero, Director, Life Ministries as guest speaker.
Kohima College, Mass Media Cell stated in a press release that Mero stressed on the importance of teamwork and developing respect among the associates at the workplace to promote healthy work-culture and environment. He urged the employees to work in line with the vision of their department/organisation, and to fulfill daily responsibilities with sincerity and honesty -that developing such an attitude will help them achieve job satisfaction.
The programme was chaired by Dr Kekhrieseno Christina, member, IQAC, Kohima College & HoD, Department of Sociology, and vote of thanks was delivered by Keneilesa Neikha, vice-principal, Kohima College.
