Kohima, June 17 (MExN): Kohima College inaugurates UGC-sponsored indoor stadium with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by special guest, Minister Higher Education and Tourism, Temjen Imna Along on June 16.
A press release received here stated that Minister Imna Along thanked the UGC for allowing Kohima College to build an infrastructure that would benefit the young blue-coated students of Kohima College.
He pointed out that Kohima College has emerged in recent years to be one of the centres of educational excellence in Nagaland with some of the best, hard-working teaching faculty. His advice for the students was to learn and work for the prosperity of the people of Nagaland and to aim to inspire.
Dr Vitsosie Vuprü, Principal, Kohima College chaired the chair while Associate Pastor Kezhakietuo Belho, Khedi Baptist Church said the dedicatory prayer and special song by Mhalezonuo, 3rd Semester.
