Kohima, January 12 (DIPR): A co-ordination meeting in connection with work distribution and ground arrangements etc for the ensuing Republic Day celebration on January 26 was held at DC’s Conference hall Kohima under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Rovilatuo Mor, IAS on January 12. The meeting reviewed the meeting minutes of the State Level meeting held on December 16 and made confirmation on the participation of the parade contingents for the occasion. The meeting also appraised the concerned Departments, organisations on their assigned works and made confirmation for their participation. Regarding the visitation of institution on the occasion, the following Clubs & NGOs were made confirmed to visit various Homes and Institutions as follows:- Old Age Home (Near RIELIT) by Gorkha Panchayat; Naga Hospital Authority Kohima (NHAK) by Nagaland Women Voluntary Association; Kohima Orphanage & Destitude Home-Kohima-Dimapur Highway by Kohima Baptist Pastors Fellowship; District Jail, Kohima by KCCI; Leprosy Hospital- Naga Bazar by classic club; State Mental Health Institute- Aradura Hill by Puliebadze Club; District TB & Chest Disease Hospital, Khuzama by Indian Red cross Society (Nagaland State Branch); Eden Garden Orphanage- Khuzama by Nagaland Adventure club; KRIPA Centre by Lions club; SPASTIC Society by Nagaland Institute of Health Environment & Social welfare; AIDs Hospice, Mt. Gilead Home by Press club Kohima; Bright Morning Star Orphanage Perizie (Near IG Stadium) by NAAME Nagaland; Youth Mission- Seikhazou by NCSU and Distribution of sweets at the parade ground by Hindu Kalyan Samiti.
