Kohima, April 12 (DIPR): As part of its yearlong activities, the Kohima District Planning & Development Board will be conducting an extempore speech competition for the Government High Schools under Kohima district on April 15 at 11:30 a.m. The extempore speech competition will be followed by normal DPDB meeting at 12:30 p.m. All members have been requested to attend the programme without fail.
