Kohima DPDB deliberates on society registration

Kohima, September 19 (MExN): The monthly meeting of Kohima District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) was held at DPDB Conference Hall, Kohima on September 19. The meeting was attended by Er Kropol Vitsu, Advisor, Prison, Printing & Stationery and Chairman DPDB, and Dr Tseilhoutuo Rhutso, MLA, 9 Kohima Town A/C,

According to a DIPR report, the agendas discussed were application received for society registration from Kekhame Babuzho, Lerie Colony, Kohima and Dziese Khrotho, Kohima Village, Kitsubozou Colony. The members deliberated and accordingly recommend Dziese Khrotho for further perusal for Registration while Kekhame Babuzho is kept in abeyance.

The Screening Committee were requested to prepare necessary check list apart from existing government guidelines to be more meticulous while dealing with the matters relating to society registration and present in the next DPDB meeting. 

The other agenda discussed was the establishment of SDAO Office under Jakhama Sub-Division, at this, the members after thorough deliberation entrusted the District Agriculture Officer (DAO) Kohima to prepare the detail report of its feasibility in consultation with the DPDB Chairman and allied departments and submit in the next DPDB meeting.

PowerPoint presentation was given by Chief Veterinary Officer, Kohima. SDRF will give the presentation in the next DPDB meeting.
