MLA Y. Mhombemo Humtsoe releases KLH golden jubilee souvenir on November 6.
Kohima, November 6 (MExN): The Kohima Lotha Hoho (KLH) on November 6 celebrated its opening session of their fifty remarkable years of its establishment that reflects not just the passage of time but the unity, commitment and vision that have shaped the organisation’s service to the community.
With the theme “Future Ready Reasoning,” the event highlighted the Hoho’s continued dedication to wisdom, clarity of purpose and collective progress.
Addressing the gathering, MLA Y. Mhombemo Humtsoe spoke on the cultural significance of Tokhü, elaborating on its meaning and relevance in strengthening identity and communal harmony.
He underscored that the Golden Jubilee stands as a testament to the enduring values and steadfast efforts of the Kohima Lotha Hoho across generations.
He also released the golden jubilee souvenir.
The programme also witnessed the presentation of committee members, followed by a vibrant cultural segment that showcased the rich heritage of the Lotha community.
The main event of the Golden Jubilee celebration will take place on November 7 at the NBCC Convention Centre, Kohima wherein Chief Minister Dr. Neiphiu Rio will grace the occasion as the chief guest at 10:00 AM.
