Motivational lecture on career in Navy in Kohima on November 18.
Kohima, November 20 (MExN): As part of the ongoing outreach activities by Indian Navy in North Eastern states, a motivational lecture on career in the Navy was held on November 18 in Kohima.
Students of Ruzhukhrie Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) and Thenocha Memorial GHSS Kohima attended the interaction, arranged in association with the state education department.
As part of the outreach with North East, Indian Navy is organizing a variety of activities including medical camps, motivational interaction with students, motorcycle expedition, sporting events, participation in Hornbill Festival etc.
Interaction with school children at Dimapur was held earlier on November 16.
During the interaction, the students were briefed about various career opportunities in the Navy and were motivated to join the Naval Service.
Videos on Indian Navy and training at the Indian Naval Academy were also screened during the programme.
