KOHIMA, OCTOBER 29 (MExN): The Kohima Police today issued a traffic advisory informing that the stretch of road via Kohima-Zhadima-Phekerkriema-Niuland is not motorable for heavy vehicles due to treacherous condition. The PRO, Kohima Police said that heavy vehicles will not be permitted to take this route.
