Kohima, November 3 (MExN): The Superintendent of Police, Kohima, has issued a traffic advisory in view of the 16th Finance Commission meeting scheduled on November 5, from 9 AM onwards at Hotel Vivor, Kohima. Accordingly, all vehicles proceeding towards Kohima from Wokha or Tseminyu side will be diverted from Meriema Junction towards New Secretariat from 9 AM to 6 PM.
To avoid delays, the advisory also urged residents along the route to avoid non-essential vehicular travel on the stretch or to take alternative routes during the meeting period.
Further, Kohima Police has requested cooperation and support from all citizens, AIR Kohima reported.
