Kohima, August 25 (MExN): The Kohima Regional Transport Office has resumed its public services related to registration of vehicles and driving licenses with strict enforcement of COVID-19 standard operating protocols, officials informed on Tuesday. To avoid overcrowding, a temporary Customer Care Service/Helpline number- 9863028315 has been set up for the public to make appointments before going to the office, Kohima Regional Transport Officer SY Sanglee Chang informed in a press release on August 25. “No transaction/application will be entertained in the office premises without prior appointment till such time it is considered safe from the COVID-19 pandemic,” Chang added. Further, the STO informed that no one will be allowed to enter the office premises without wearing a face mask and a distance of one meter should be maintained while in queue.
