Kohima Street Carnival enters second day

Kohima Street Carnival entered the second day here at Old NST. Day two event was marked by Fitness Reload- Zumba, Botanical extravaganza (Flower exhibition cum sales, painting competition.

It also witnessed Street Health Clinic for senior citizens in collaboration with Chief Medical Officer Kohima and street health clinic by Kohima Village Primary Health Centre. 106 persons availed the services.

The street health clinic was inaugurated by Kohim additional deputy commissioner  Bhavani Sri. Meanwhile, on October 1, the carnival will be marked by Street Food Festival & Musical Fair at New NST- Razhu Point and Blood Donation camp.

Street Health Clinic

A senior citizen getting a medical checkup in the street health clinic, which is an event of the ‘Kohima Street Carnival’ under Azadi Ka Amrit  Mahotsav organised by Kohima Smart City in collaboration with the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Kohima at Old NST, Kohima on September 30.

 

Additional Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Bhavani Sri opened the flower exhibition cum sale and street health clinic as part of the Kohima Street Carnival-Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations on at Old NST on September 30. She was the first citizen who availed the health clinic.
