Sechü Football Club Academy and G Sports Football Club won their respective matches of Kohima Super Cup played at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima on May 19.
Sechü FCA defeated United 4 FC by 2-1. Rokovituo Nipu and Nisede Peseyie scored a goal each for Sechu while Nungsang Jamir scored for United 4 FC through penalty kick.
In the second match, G Sports FC knocked IGS XI by 8-0 to enter quarters. Kekhrieleivo scored two goals while Temjenwati, Ratobe Poireng, Yhunshalo, Medoneituo, Menguzelie and Imlongchaba added a goal each for G Sports.
