Kohima, October 24 (MExN): The Kohima Press Club (KPC) will hold its Annual Sports Day at the Indoor Badminton Stadium, Officers’ Hill, Kohima on October 27.
Competition will be held for the following disciplines/categories- Badminton single and doubles (Men/Women/Mixed Doubles); Carrom (Men/Women); Chess (Men/Women); Chinese Checkers (Open); and Ludo (Open).
KPC General Secretary, Alice Yhoshü in a press note informed that registration for participation will be done from 9:00 am-9:30 am on the same day while drawing of fixtures will be done at 9:30 am. The competition will commence from 10:00 am.
Working lunch will be provided at 1 pm and prizes will be distributed immediately after the completion of the competitions in different disciplines, it said.
All the members of the club are informed and requested to participate in the event.
