Kpop artist Dabit to perform at KALEIDOSCOPE 2019

International Kpop artiste Dabit from South Korea will be headlining the ‘Kaleidoscope 2019’ fest on November 15 at Assembly of God Higher Secondary School (AGHSS), Dimapur.
David Kim (Korean: Kim Jeong-wook), better known by his stage name Dabit, is a South Korean-American solo singer-songwriter under Koffee Dream Management (KDM). He debuted on his birthday, December 5, 2013. His fan club name is called “Dalbit” which means "moonlight".
To commemorate the birthday of the founder, Late Rev Dr TN Lotha, Assembly of God Higher Secondary School (AGHSS), Dimapur initiated the ‘Kaleidoscope’ school fest in the year 2017. It is a two-day fest which is now an annual event.
The fest begins with the celebration of Children’s Day and Fun Fair on November 14 and followed by Jam Session (Concert) on November 15. In the last two years, the Fest has witnessed artiste like Alobo Naga, Tali Angh, Zuchobeni Tungoe, Saurabhi Debbarma (Indian Idol), Rokovituo, Seyivenuo and Joyphen.
In parallel with the founder’s vision, AGHSS initiated this platform to bring exposure to the students of AGHSS and to motivate their talents.
“We have observed that the success of the fest has not been measured during the time of the program but after-events of the program where our alumni are now embraced well in field of music and as well as arts,” AGHSS stated in a press release.
“The fest has not only become a program for our school children but is now an anticipated event for students of other schools and well-wishers within Dimapur,” it added.
‘Kaleidoscope 2019’ will be managed by Musik-A events.
