KOHIMA, SEPTEMBER 7 (MExN): Minister for Women Resource Development & Horticulture, Salhoutuonuo Kruse today visited the landslide site along the NEC Road at Dzüna Jotsoma.
This road connects neighbouring villages and Peren district. During the visit, the minister urged the 89 BRTF to expedite the debris clearance.
She also expressed appreciation to the Jotsoma Village Council and the owners of the Poclain excavator for their unwavering support and humanitarian efforts in clearing the debris with their own resources.
The Minister was accompanied by Kohima Deputy Commissioner, Kumar Ramnikant, Sechü-Zubza SDO (C) Rorheu Peseyie, 8th Western Angami NDPP A/C officials and NDPP Jotsoma Unit party workers.
