Dimapur, January 29 (MExN): The Kyong Students Union (KSU), Election Commission has informed that the election for the tenure 2011-2013 of the KSU shall be held on February 4 at 10:00 am at LTC Hall Wokha. Filling of nomination papers and issuance of voters cards to the affiliated units shall be done on February 1 and 2 from 10:00 am till 1:00 pm at the KSU Office, while scrutiny and withdrawal of nomination papers shall be done on February 3.
Therefore, the Election Commission has requested all the affiliated units under KSU to take cognizance of this notification and obtain clearance certificate from the Speaker, Union Assembly, and nominate two officials from their respective units in written along with two (2) passports to avail the voter’s cards. Details of the electoral process can be obtained from the Election Commission during office hours from February 1 onwards.
