Dimapur, March 30 (MExN): Kongan Union Dimapur (KUD) will celebrate Aoleang Monyu on April 6. KUD President E. Pangjei Konyak and his colleagues has invited all , students, individuals and families residing within Dimapur district to join the celebration at the residence of Ngampai (former union President) on April 6 without fail.
Those attending are requested to wear traditional attire. Special events of the day will include folk song competitions, war dance and history sharing. There will also be a meeting at the end of the programme to discus the welfare of the union.
If any member is unlikely to attend the function, the union has informed that the concern family/individual to intimate any of the executive members on or before April 3.
