Dimapur, December 12 (MExN): Regional Level Virtual Kala Utsav-2020 was organized in Kendriya Vidyalaya Dimapur, on December 8 with SV Joglekar, Assistant Commissioner, KVS RO Tinsukia as the special guest.
The opening ceremony began with the welcome song by students of KV Dimapur followed by welcome address by the Principal, Umesh Chandra.
Duirng the event, various competitions were conducted inclucing vocal music (classical), vocal music (folk), instrumental music (classical), instrumental music (folk), classical dance, folk dance, visual art 2d, visual art 3d, indigenous toys and games.
Some of the jury members included Dr Pragya Pyasee, Assistant Professor, University of Hyderabad, Jagdev Netam, Assistant Professor, IKS Vishwavidyalaya, Chhattisgarh, Nilima Deb, Principal, Netraj Music College, Dimapur, Dr Vijay Kumar Mathur, Consultant (Museum) UPSC New Delhi, Yogendra Tripathi, Assistant Professor, Dr WW Patankar PG Girls College, Durg, Chhattisgarh, Sourabh Basak, TGT (Art Education) JNV Peren.
