Kohima, Jan 14 (MExN): The Kohima Village Gazetted Officers Association (KVGOA) will hold its biennial conference on January 15 at 2.00 PM at Kohima Village Council Hall. The speakers for the conference will be minister for environment, forest & climate change Dr. Neikiesalie (Nicky) Kire and SCERT director Vipralhou Keseiezie.
