KVK Kohima SAC meeting held

Kohima, April 2 (MExN): The Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) meeting of Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Kohima for the year 2016 was held on March 30 at KVK conference hall, Tesophenyu.  

The achievement report for the year 2015-16 was presented by Imtisenla, SMS (Agronomy) highlighting the activities of On field Trial, frontline demonstration, training programmes, extension activities and collaborative linkages with Agri & Allied departments while the Action Plan for the year 2016-17 was presented by Longma Yanger, SMS (Agr. Ext). The committee members also provided in-depth suggestions for incorporating in the action plan to be executed during 2016-17. The programme was chaired by Dr. V. Akashe Zhimomi, PC, KVK Kohima, rapporteur for the meeting was Michael Pienyu, SMS (Plant Protection) and Sesenlo Kath (Farm Manager). The meeting was attended by HoD of Agri and allied Department under Kohima district.
