Kohima, December 11 (MExN): The Khuza Youth Sports Association (KYSA) will be celebrating its golden jubilee from December 17 to 20 at Khuza village under the theme “Onward with legacies.”
The sports meet will be marked by football, volleyball, basketball and 4X100 relay. Kupota Khesoh, NDPP ex-candidate 19th Phek A/C will be the chief guest at the opening ceremony while Vethothi Vero, retainer lawyer, District Court Phek will be the guest of honour at the closing ceremony.
KYSA vice president Thupuveyi Sapuh will lead the opening ceremony on December 17 at 9:30 AM.
Welcome address will be delivered by organizing committee convenor Vesazo Medeo.
KYSA president Swuyekhruyi Vero will deliver presidential address.
Tizu Area Sports Association (TASA) president Ludoveyi Vero and Chepoketa Village Council chairman Veduzo Vero will share greetings.
Khuza village Council chairman Nesapra Vero will also exhort the gathering.
KYSA games & sports secretary Besuto Vero will administer oath to the participating teams.
