Peren, March 29 (MExN): The new Lalong Sub Centre under Tening block, Peren district was inaugurated by Dr K Limatula Ao, CMO, Peren on March 28.
In her inaugural speech, Dr K Limatula Ao, CMO, Peren said, through this new Sub Centre the department is hopeful that the community of this area will be benefitted immensely as far as health sector is concerned. Talking on importance of communitization, she encouraged community participation for smooth functioning of the health centre.
A press release issued by Shekho Sophie, District Media Officer, CMO office, Peren stated that te programme was chaired by Dr M Nuksung Jamir, MO, Tening CHC. Haicheilak LK Newme, Pastor, Lalong Baptist Church invoked God's blessings. Yimkum Y Ozukum, EAC Nsong and Namhei Kuame, Chairman, Lalong Village Council also delivered short speeches. LK Abui, Head GB gave the welcome address, vote of thanks was delivered by Esther Zeliang, ANM, Lalong SC and Arang, Deacon, Lalong Baptist Church pronounced the benediction.
The CMO was accompanied by the District Administration, Dr Lanuakum, Dy CMO, Dr Supongmenla Walling, DPO (RCH & UIP), Dr G Viholi Sema, ZLO, Dr Keholi Sema, DTO, Dr Hedungkiebe, DSO, NVBDCP, Dr Denis H. Chingpen, SMO, DH, Peren, Dr Nuksung, MO, Tening CHC and other vertical programme staffs.
