Dimapur March 24 (MExN): The Landowners Union DHEP, Doyang in a letter to the Chairman and Managing Director NEEPCO Ltd has reminded that the union would pursue its own course of action if the management did not issue any concrete decision/fails to reply in regard to the transfer of NK Mao (HOP) DHEP Doyang.
Referring to the union’s ultimatum submitted on March 6 for immediate transfer of the said officer, Wochamo Ngullie, President of the Union informed that in this connection to the matter it held an emergency meeting on March 19 on the expiry of the dateline given earlier. He stated that the concerned authority was contacted over telephone on March 19 where the said management concerned appealed to the union to wait for another one week. Basing on the appeal made over the phone the union held a meeting and resolved to wait for another week.
While appealing to the management to treat the matter on genuine ground and initiate necessary action, the union also warned that in the event the matter is not decided upon or on failure to reply, an own course of action would be pursued.
