Chokri Chakhesang Literature Board launches book
Kohima, December 30 (MExN): Under the aegis of Chokri Chakhesang Literature Board (CCLB) a book titled ‘Jüzho mu küzo mhatho’ (grammar and composition) was launched at the Capital College of Higher Education (CCHE), Kohima on December 29.
The book written by Nuveta Khüsoh, Member Secretary, Diploma Certificate Committee, CCLB was released by Küzholüzo (Azo) Nienu, MLA, Leader of NPF Legislature Party & Co-Chairman, UDA.
Azo in his address stressed on the importance of preserving language and urged to promote language with care and love. “Language is the principal gateway of unity,” he said while urging the board to emphasis the promotion of Chokri language. “Language is the real identity of a human life,” he asserted.
Earlier, introduction note was delivered by Nuveta Khusoh, CCLB Chairman Ariyi Nienu said the note of gratitude, Associate Pastor, CBCMHK, Thujoneyi Veswuh pronounced thanksgiving prayer while CCLB Vice Chairman, Vechisa Venuh chaired the function.
