The Lasumi Village Council and Lasumi Village Development Board has jointly organised a felicitation programme for the successful candidates of UPSC, NPSC and NSSB on October 19 at Lasumi village under Phek district.
Neingulo Krome, Secretary General, Naga People’s Movement for Human Rights (NPMHR) exhorted the gathering. Mezivolu T Therieh, Principal Judge, Family Court Kohima spoke on behalf of the successful candidates. Lhiweshelo Kromi, chairman Lasumi Village Council delivered congratulatory note.
The programme was led by Lhiwekulo Marhu, president Western Lasumi Union Dimapur while Senokhape Chirie, pastor CRC Lasumi invoked God’s blessings.
Wepre-ii Therie and Neilo Rabvo, Head GB (Incharge) presented special number and folk song respectively. Acknowledgment was led by Kukhro Therie, Secretary VDB Lasumi and the programme concluded with benediction by Tsülo Therie.
