Late Emi Merry memorial tourney

Tsumang Women SC, the football champions of the Lt. Emi Merry (IAS) Memorial Women’s Tournament.

WOKHA, FEBRUARY 19 (MExN): Tsumang Women’s SC and Wokha Town Yanthamo Eloe Ekhung were declared the football and volleyball champions of the Late Emi Merry (IAS) Memorial Women’s Tournament respectively. 

Tsumang defeated defending champions, Suren colony SC in the football final 1-0 while in the volleyball final, Wokha Town Yanthamo Eloe Ekhung beat Lakhuti Women's SC.  

The tournament was organised by Wokha District Women's Sports Association in collaboration with the District Administration (MSK) Wokha, supported by the Department of Women Resource Development.
