Jalukie, March 14 (DIPR): The Liangmai Baptist church New Jalukie Nagaland under Liangmai Baptist Association Nagaland dedicated their new church building to God coinciding with Celebrating their Silver Jubilee 1989 to 2014 was held on March 12 and 13 under the banner of “Proclaim His wondrous deed.”
The main speaker for the two day celebration was Rev. Dr. H.Newmai the former Executive Secretary Liangmai Naga Baptist Association Manipur. Speaker has said that, forming of a believer s church will surely face a time of struggles period, but leading our humbleness to the Lord for 25th years long in serving the Lord has brought many blessing develop and changes. Theme speaker also encouraged the church to stripe forward more to be one of the reputed upcoming church in the area. Dr, H.Newmai also stated that, if our determined to do good things then there is always God will lead us in to positive way he added.
The President Liangmai Baptist Association Nagaland N.Silubo Zeliang while exhorting the celebration has said that, Jubilee is a time to look to re examine our lives and to renew our faith so that we may grow towards deeper Christian life and do more generous service towards others. He also stated that, it is also an occasion for thanksgiving as well as to forgive and forget bitter past if any and build better understanding among the citizen. LBA President also urged upon the congregation to march forward with a mindset change and reconcile with one another and said it is a special time for renewal and rebuilding of our relationship with God. It is also said that, Jubilee is also a time to seek God and to grow in his knowledge and wisdom.
The Jubilee programme was also decorated with the cultural programme, Earlier The former Executive Secretary Rev. Kamwang Rentta unveiled the jubilee monolith at the church premises, meanwhile The former Executive Secretary Rev, Ramriwang dedicated new church building to God.
