Dimapur, October 30 (MExN): Lotha Colony Football Club (LCFC) is all set for the upcoming the 23rd edition of Late Nyamo and Daniel Lotha Memorial Football Running Trophy 2017. In the lead up to the annual tournament, the club held the player introduction and jersey release ceremony on October 30 at the Lotha colony Panchayat Hall.
"If you can achieve we can also achieve through the game by way of bringing the community together", said Vanjamo Murry at the ceremony. Stating that the primary concept of the club is to promote budding Lotha footballers, Murry challenged the players to be sincere and disciplined inorder to taste achievement as sportspersons.
Lotha Colony Council chairman Renathung Ezung, in his address said that sports is based on talent and passion, which cannot be replaced by even science and technology.
