Legal Aid Clinic at Jalukie inaugurated

Jalukie, August 4 (MExN): Legal Aid Clinic at district level Network Office Jalukie town Peren (N) on August 4 was inaugurated by Somet C. Chang Civil Judge Junior (Jr) Peren and Secretary Peren district Legal Services authority. In the inauguration programme, she mentioned that through the Legal Aid Clinic PLHIV client o the district can avail more social benefit scheme and a platform for re-dressal of their grievances and she also urge the PLHIV to be more active.  

Asangbe, retainer and panel lawyer PDLSA exhorted the participant above the functioning of the legal Aid Clinic and how to avail the service rendered by the Para Legal volunteer and the district Legal Aid Clinic service authority.  

The programme was chaired by Ngauzeulungbe DIS Peren/Para Legal Volunteer, PDLSA. He also exhorted that the PLHIV to utilized the Legal Aid Clinic by coming forward with their grievances. A note of thanks was delivered by Wikambo, President, DLN. He also express that the PLHIV is facing difficulties for CD4 for count as there is no CD4 count machine in the district and have to avail it only at Dimapur which face hindrance to the PLHIV due to poor economic background.  

The programme was attended by PLHIV clients and DAPCU staff Peren in the present of district Legal authority Official Peren.
