Sit-In Protest against the govt's non-requisitioning of posts that come under the purview of NPSC

Kohima, July 2 (MExN): The Public Service Aspirants of Nagaland (PSAN) has informed that its sit-in protest against the government's non-requisitioning of posts that come under the purview of NPSC will go ahead as planned.
In this regard, the PSAN in a statement through its Media Cell has made an appeal to all civil service aspirants, well wishers and right-thinking citizens of Nagaland to be physically present at New Secretariat Junction, on July 3, 10:00 am.
“Let us all stand up together for justice, equality and fairness. Let us create a better future for the Nagas,” the PSAN urged.
Meanwhile, the PSAN has also issued some “Dos & Don’ts” with regard to Monday’s sit protest.
*Dos*
1. Reach the venue before 10 AM
2. Please manage your own transportation to the venue
3. Bring as many friends and aspirants as possible.
4. Please bring your own umbrellas/raincoats or any form of protection from rain. 5. We shall brave any weather conditions.
6. Stay at the venue till the end.
7. Anyone wanting to raise voice against the practise of rampant backdoor appointments will be allotted time.
8. Clean own litters in your own surrounding before you leave the venue.
9. Keep the venue neat and clean.
10. Throw waste and dirt in in the bins after refreshment.
*Don’ts*
1. Don't indulge in violence. The agitation shall be based purely on peaceful and non-violent methods
2. Don't pronounce abusive & aggressive words
3. Don't come to the agitation venue in an inebriated state or consume intoxicants during the programme.
4. Don't harass or boo the officers and staffs passing by.
5. Don't litter the venue.
6. Don't roam around, to the farthest possible.
7. Don't block passersby, footpath, road and traffic passage.
8. Don't block the normal functioning of offices.
9. Don't leave the venue before the program gets over.
