I am presently busy with a Seminar on the subject: “Impacts of violence on women and children” being held at St Joseph college Jakhama. As a result, I only glanced at the Headlines this morning and missed your article. Only when some friends rang to inform me did I read the article just now at 7:30 PM.
For too long Naga society from 1975 to date has been ruled by exaggerations and cover ups and even lies by our respected national workers who intentionally or unintentionally committed mistakes, as they relentlessly carried on our national struggle with great sacrifices. I am glad therefore that you have raised a lot of questions. I can reply you with my version of facts only on Sunday, after the Seminar ends on Saturday Sept. 22.
