Naga Darts Championship winners, dignitaries and NDA officials.
Kohima, September 5 (MExN): Nagaland Lokayukta inspector Limatoshi Longchar has emerged as the champion of Naga Darts championship organized by Nagaland Darts Association (NDA).
Altogether, 25 darters from Kohima and Dimapur participated in the one-day event held at Mhachaki, Kohima on September 3.
In the final, Longchar, who is also the NDA president, defeated Vikehielie Suohu.
They received Rs 10,000 and Rs 6,000 as champion and runners-up respectively with trophy and citation.
Joint third place winners Neiketou Suohu and Lijanthung Humtsoe also received Rs 3000 each with trophy and citation.
In the individual category, Highest check-out point of 128 went to Limatoshi Longchar while the most promising darter award was received by Neimenuo Suohu. They received Rs 1000 each.
Pukha Lam, Extra Assistant Commissioner, Aitepyong under Sanis sub-division handed over prizes to the winners.
