Vanguard FC Old Boys today downed Morung United 6-2 in the first match of Game Week 8 of the ongoing Lirunas presents 10th Morning Premier League (MPL) 2025 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.
Anguzo opened the account for Vanguard FC in the early 8th minute.
Meren increased the score tally of the team in the 25th minute, followed by two goals from Mar and a goal each from Senpenlo and Kevi.
Khuzto and Lipok Jamir netted a goal each for Morung United
