A multi-purpose tower named Totolu Living Water Tower was inaugurated at Trinity Theological College, Thahekhu on Friday by Secretary, Land Resources, Y. Kikheto Sema IAS.
Speaking after inaugurating the tower, Kikheto expressed the hope that students and faculty of the college would make good use of the multi-purpose tower. He said that the tower was a point of attraction from where a view of Dimapur and its surrounding villages could be seen. Kikheto thanked his younger brother Dr. (Maj) Mughavi Sema for putting in undaunted efforts in bringing the tower to completion.
Principal, TTC, Rev. Dr. Kavito Zhimo said the tower with water tank was a long felt need of the institution and thanked the donor for constructing such facility. He informed that the tower houses a 45, 000 litre capacity water tank on top and a prayer room below which could also be used as a mini-meeting hall.
The Totolu Living Water Tower was dedicated by Executive Secretary WSBAK, Rev. Dr. Hevukhu Achumi.
