Dimapur, February 15 (MExN): The Lotha Middle Range Students’ Union (LMRSU) has directed all government employees under its jurisdiction to be regular in their duties. The Union will be inspecting all establishments from time to time and stern action will be taken against the defaulters as per the Union’s resolution. This was informed in a press note issued by LMRSU president Benathung Odyuo.
The LMRSU has requested all contractors under its jurisdiction not to ply with heavy loaded truck. Meanwhile, the Union appealed to all the business establishment, well-wishers and sponsorship not to extend any help to any of its Union officials without prior information and written recommendation from the president and general secretary of LMRSU respectively.
Further, the Union has expressed sorrow on the demise of Khumdemo Odyuo, father of Nchumbemo Odyou, KLSU president at Pangti Village. It further conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members and prayed that God Almighty would grant them strength to overcome the grief.
