DMC condole death of former member

Dimapur, June 18 (MExN):
The Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has expressed shock and grief over the demise of late T Pur Jamir, a former member of the erstwhile Dimapur Town Committee. A press note issued by Chief Executive Officer, Nikhashe Sema stated that late Jamir was a dedicated public leader who served the society tirelessly for the welfare of the people, particularly the people of Dimapur. Late Jamir was a member from 1988 to 1993 and from 1994 to 2001.  His untimely demise is not only a great loss to his family but for the society as well, the note from DMC stated. The Chief Executive Officer, Advisory Committee Members, officers and staff of DMC conveys heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.     

Tata Sumo service opens

Kohima, June 18 (DIPR):
A new Tata Sumo Service will be operational from June 20, 2011 between Dimapur and Tuli. The departure from Dimapur will be 6:00 a.m. and departure from Tuli 12 noon. Free medical camp for ICH students

Kohima, June 18 (DIPR):
  In commemoration of the Impur Christian Hospital (ICH) Centenary, which will be celebrated in 2012, a free medical camp was conducted for the students of Impur Bible School on June 16, 2011 at Impur Christian Hospital. Dr. Limayanger and Dr. Wapang conducted the medical camp where 120 students received free medical treatment.

Zeliangrong Student Union invites its Executive and senior leaders to an emergency meeting at Jalukie Town on  June20, 2011 at the office of Zeliangrong Social, Economic & Cultural Reformation Society office, near Apangbou’s residence Ward No. 9 Jalukie town, a press note from Shri.
