GB cautions person using fictitious name

DIMAPUR, July 22 (MExN): GB of Rio Colony, Signal, Pukuolie has taken strong exception to reports of some unscrupulous persons using fictitious name of the colony chairman as residential proof for availing mobile SIM card.  The colony chairman informed that on July 18, eight people had submitted forms for availing mobile SIM card purportedly signed by chairman of the colony as residential proof which was later brought to his knowledge by the company’s staff for verification. The GB clarified that none has been entrusted as village Council Chairman under the colony’s jurisdiction adding that the GB takes charge of every responsibility. In the light of the above stated circumstances, the GB has cautioned of stringent action against such person if caught and also urged the district administration/government to take stringent action against those defaulters.
