Dimapur, August 8 (MExN): Army Recruitment rally will be held at Bhagat Stadium, Rangapahar Dimapur from August 20 to 28. All intending candidates are requested to report to Sainik Bhawan, near circuit house, Dimapur for document checking and guidance. This was informed in a press release issued by Zila Sainik Welfare Office, Dimapur.
Cleanliness drive at Mon
Mon, August 8 (DIPR): The new Deputy Commissioner Mon Angau I. Thou initiated a day long mass social work cum tree plantation drive, organized by the officers and staffs of DC office Mon on August 8 at DC Office Complex, Mon. The cleanliness drive, which began at 6 a.m. in the morning, concluded in the noon with active participation of the officers and staffs of the Administration, Elections and Planning department. The social work started with cleaning of the office surrounding including office rooms and plantation of various types of trees around the office complex.
Defence ex-servicemen informed
Dimapur, August 8 (MExN): All the defence ex-servicemen of Dimapur district are informed that ex-servicemen will take part in the Independence Day parade on August 15. The Zila Sainik Welfare office in a press release has requested all to report to Sainik Bhavan to collect dress before August 12.
Drains at Burma Camp constructed
Dimapur, August 8 (MExN): The drains at Burma Camp which “had been left unattended for decades” were constructed by DMC Chief Advisor, Keditsu angami, DMC Advisor Hokuto Zhimomi and their team. Burma Camp Rongmei Colony GB Chingkhiulung Gonmei while acknowledging their good work said that they have favoured the students and the mass community.
