CM to release EA’s CM corpus seed loan
Kohima, January 18 (MEKN): Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio will grace the function for release of Entrepreneurs Associates’ Chief Minister Corpus Seed Loan to entrepreneurs on January 19 at Hotel Japfu, Kohima at 11:00 AM. The programme is part of the year of entrepreneurs 2010- 2011. The function will be chaired by Neingulie Nakhro while Niechüte Doulo, coordinator EA, Nagaland will highlight about the background of EA’s CM Corpus Seed Loan. Nitoshe Sheqi and Asanuo Seb will talk on “what this dream loan means to me.” The programme will also witness a word of encouragement from Niketu Iralu, social analyst. Folk melody from Rüyizolü Cürhah, Achen Imchen, and vote of thanks by Tiatemsu Longchar will also mark the function.
Review meeting of PIOs/APIOs under Kiphire
Kiphire, January 18 (MExN): A review meeting of the PIOs/APIOs under Kiphire district was held at the office chamber of Deputy Commissioner, Kiphire with Dr. Rev Pongshing, State Information Commissioner. The SIC reviewed the implementation of the RTI Act from the HODs/PIOs/APIOs of the department. He also reviewed the mechanism placed for sensitization and implementation of the Act in their respective district offices. The SIC also lamented the absence of many PIOs/APIOs of various departments in the meeting and stressed the need for awareness of the Act by the PIOs/APIOs themselves at the respective offices.
