RWDA prayer prog on Jan 8

Dimapur, January 7 (MExN):
The Rotomi Welfare Dimapur Area (RWDA) informs all the members that there will be a fasting prayer for safe and blessed year on January 8 from 7:00 am at the residence of Mrs & Dr. Maj, Mughavi Sema, Mishikito Village. The RWDA secretary V. Hosito Yeptho has informed in a press release that after the prayer programme there will be another session for practice of folk dance and song. In this regard, all the members are requested to attend the programme without fail.

ANEFWA president informs

Dimapur, January 7 (MExN):
All the zonal president of the All Nagaland Electricity Field Workers’ Association (ANEFWA) are informed to report to the office of the headquarters of the ANEFWA at Kohima with progress report of the collection of arrear of revenue of Power Department on January 11, 2011 positively without fail to discuss future course of steps and actions on the basis of the report and data. This was informed in a notice issued by ANERWA president, Panger Pongen.

ANPSTA Mkg Unit appeals

Mokokchung, January 7 (MExN):
The Mokokchung Unit of All Nagaland Pre-Service Teachers Association (ANPSTA) has appealed to all its members to pay their outstanding fees to the association before collecting their Admit Cards to the recruitment exams to be held on January 20, 2011. The finance secretary of the association, Imtimongla, may be contacted for the same. All the executive committee members of the association are also informed to report on time on the day of issuing of Admit Cards.

CNBC day of prayer on Jan 9

DIMAPUR, January 7 (MExN):
The Council of Naga Baptist Churches (CNBC) day of prayer will be held on January 9. The Council in a press release has called upon the Naga churched to join in prayer for the year 2011 to be a channel of peace for the whole world and especially for peace in Nagaland; to pray for national worker to abide to their commitment of reconciliation of forgive and forget; pray for Myanmar Naga mission and their suffering and also pray for CNBC ministry and silver jubilee to be held on March 19 and 20, 2011.

EDSSU election on Jan 10

Dimapur, January 7 (MExN):
The election of East Dimapur Sumi Students’ Union (EDSSU) for the tenure 2011-12 will be held on January 10 at 10:00 am at the residence of Akheto Yepthomi (Banker), Middle Colony, Purana Bazar. EDSSU President Kahoshe Zhimomi has informed in a press release that the Nomination Form would be available on the same day at 9:00 a.m. onwards. Therefore all the interested candidates are informed to contact the President (9862105963).

KUD meeting on Jan 10

Dimapur, January 7 (MExN):
The Kandini Union Dimapur (KUD) has convened an emergency general meeting on January 10 at Padumpukhuri at the residence of Pfülitha Kath, Cultural and Statistical Secretary at 1:00 PM. All the Kandi citizens of Dimapur are requested to attend the meeting without fail.

Mkg DPDB meeting held

Mokokchung, January 7 (DIPR):
The monthly meeting of Mokokchung District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) was held on January 7 at DC Conference hall. Vice Chairman DPDB and Deputy Commissioner Mokokchung, Lithrongla G. Chishi chaired the meeting. After reviewing the last meeting minutes, the members deliberated on the agendas on registration of societies-Agri seed farm SHG, at Molungyimsen (B) and establishment of new GPS at Merangmen compound. The Board decided that the two agendas be forwarded to the Government for consideration. Assignment on Power point presentation in the next DPDB meeting was given to State Bank of India Mokokchung Branch.

NPF central team to visit Zbto

Dimapur, January 7 (MExN):
The NPF delegation of the central team shall be visiting NPF Zunheboto Divisional Unit Office on January 13 at 10:00 am. The NPF general secretary A9dm) P. Kiyelu Awomi in a press release has requested all concern divisional office bearers women wing, youth wing, all president & general secretaries of the respective area with president frontal wings area units and concern NPF executive to attend the meeting without fail. All CEC NPF members representing Zunheboto are also requested to attend the meeting.
