‘Duty leave’ for Tenyidie teachers

Kohima, May 20 (MExN):
The government Tenyidie Language Teachers serving in Primary, middle, high and higher secondary schools in the districts of Kohima, Phek, Dimapur and Peren are informed that they shall be granted four days duty leave w.e.f May 24 to 27 to enable them to participate in the “41st Ura Academy Tenyidie Seminar”, from 25-27 May at Ura Academy Complex Kohima.

DC Longleng informs

Longleng, May 20 (MExN): 
The meeting scheduled to be held on May 17 in connection with the pursuance of government notification for the district level members under Prime Minister’s New 15 point programme fro the welfare of minorities is rescheduled to May 24 at 11:00 am. DC Longleng in a press release informed that the meeting will be held at the conference hall of the Deputy Commissioner, Longleng. The meeting is being rescheduled since most of the committee members for Longleng district were absent on that day. All the committee members are directed to attend the meeting without fail.

Dimapur BLOs informed

Dimapur, May 20 (MExN):
All Booth Level Officers (BLOs) under Dimapur district are directed to submit two nos of stamp size photos (recently taken) for preparation of Identity Cards which will be used for all Electoral Revision purposes. A press note issued by Khekugha Sema, assistant election officer-I, informed that the photos should be issued to the office of the District Election Officer Dimapur on or before May 26, 2011, without fail.

Dimapur GBs and Chairman informed

Dimapur, May 20 (MExN):
In connection with Electors’ photography operation for preparation of Photo Electoral Rolls, there will be a meeting with sector GBs and Chairman under Dimapur Town/Sadar on May 24, 2011 at 11:00 am in the conference hall of Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur. All the concerned GBs and Council Chairman under the above mentioned jurisdiction are directed to attend the meeting without fail. This was informed in a press note issued by Maongwati Aier, Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Dimapur.

RBCK holy tour in September

Kohima, May 20 (MExN):
The Rengma Baptist Church Kohima (RBCK), under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Chen Rengma will be organising a Holy Land Tour to Israel, Jordan and Egypt from September 4-12, 2011. Rev. Rio to distribute tractors & power tillers

Dimapur, May 20 (DIPR):
Nagaland Chief Minster, Neiphiu Rio will formally flag off the distribution of tractors and power tillers as the chief guest on May 23 at 9:30 A.M at Dimapur District Sports Complex. According to the programme, Minister for Planning and Co-ordination, Vety & AH, Evaluation and Parliamentary Affairs, T. R. Zeliang will chair the programme who will also deliver the welcome address. Minister for Agriculture, Dr. Chumben Murry will give a short speech while voluntary speech by a beneficiary. Principal Secretary & Agriculture Production Commissioner, H. K. Khulu, IAS will propose the vote of thanks and special number will be presented by Moanumgsang, Ist Naga Idol.

WDSEA meeting on May 21
