LONGLENG, DECEMBER 6 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Longleng has issued a directive prohibiting the dumping of construction materials, debris, and unauthorized parking of old or unused vehicles along roads and highways within Longleng Town. The order warns that violations will attract penalties and further legal action as deemed appropriate under relevant laws.
The DC also mandated that individuals, societies, or groups undertaking new construction along roadside highways or circular roads within the town must obtain prior clearance from the administration and ward authorities to ensure proper road width and drainage provisions. Ward authorities have been instructed to monitor compliance and report any violations to the district administration for necessary action.
