Longleng, June 11 (MExN): A meeting of the District Task Force on Immunization and Stop Diarrhoea campaign was convened at the DC conference hall, Longleng, under the chairmanship of C Tsalimse Sangtam, EAC Longleng HQ on June 11.
Dr Imtijungshi, District Programme Officer (RCH/UIP), delivered a comprehensive presentation highlighting the importance of immunization and the objectives of the Stop Diarrhoea Campaign. He stressed the critical roles that various stakeholders and departments play in the successful implementation of the campaign.
EAC Longleng C Tsalimse Sangtam encouraged all stakeholders and departments to actively participate and extend their cooperation, underlining the need for a coordinated approach to improve health outcomes in the district.
Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Longleng Tiasunep expressed gratitude to all line departments and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) for their active involvement in the campaign. He further urged them to continue their valuable support and participation in future public health initiatives.
The meeting concluded with a collective commitment to strengthen inter-departmental coordination and community engagement to ensure the success of the campaign.
