LONGLENG, AUGUST 11 (MExN): Longleng District Planning & Development Board meeting for the month of August was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner & Vice-chairman DPDB Longleng, W. Manpai Phom at DPDB hall, Longleng on August 9.
According to a DIPR report, the DC highlighted that co-operation and coordination among officers and presence in their respective offices is very important and crucial. He reminded the officers to carry out the assigned work as per work distribution and coordinate for the successful celebration of Independence Day in the district.
After review of the last meeting minutes, the house discussed on repairing of potholes in the roads within Longleng town. Senior Treasury Officer, Longleng highlighted issues faced by the office. District Agriculture Office, Longleng presented the departmental activities in the meeting. The DC directed the Medical Department to present the department activities in the next DPDB meeting. New members of DPDB Longleng, EAC Tamlu, Mopling P. Phom; District Agriculture Officer, Dr Lanuchetla and Sr. Labour Inspector, Chingkhap Konyak were introduced to the house.
