‘Look beyond white collar jobs’

Phek, February 29 (MExN): Under the aegis of the Nerhu Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS), a day-long District Youth Convention cum Cultural Program for the youth of Phek was held at DPDP hall, Phek town on February 26 with SDO(C) Phek, Zhoi Lohe gracing the occasion as the guest speaker.

He urged the 120 participating youths to look beyond white collar jobs, and start recognising one's own talent by honing it for availing diverse opportunities in life. 

Earlier, the programme was chaired by Khrukulu Rhakho (NYV), while invocation was pronounced by Shekhrunelu Vese (NKV). The welcome note and keynote addresses were delivered by Accountant Liasou and District Youth Coordinator (DYC) Phek, Rebeccarespectively. 

Satsan Krotho Sohomi, Kutsapo women cultural group presented folk song and a song was also presented by Adosa Nuwiry. Sports materials were distributed to all the concerned youth clubs. The program ended with words of gratitude from Rhuvikho (NYV), and closing prayer was pronounced by Shevepa Vese (NYV).
