Mon, November 8 (MExN): Mon district Lotha Hoho celebrated Tokhu Emong Lhinsung on November 7 at the residence of Chumlamo Humtsoe SDO (C) Hq Mon. Speaking on the occasion Chumlamo welcomed the guest and extended festival greetings to the members of the community. Lissumo Ezung, ADEO Mon explained the meaning and significance of Tokhu Emong. Dr. M. Libanthung Ngullie, Principal, Wangkhao College, Mon and SP Mon also spoke during the occasion. Commandant of 13th AR, ADC Mon, HoOs and other officers attended the function. Yibemo Kithan, Pastor LBC, Mon invoked God’s blessing. The programme was chaired by Yanithung Ngullie SDO(C) Mon and vote of thanks was spoken by T.A Ngullie. The occasion culminated with a sumptuous feast.
