The 32nd Lt. C. Kocherao Kithan running trophy and 2nd Women's Volleyball Tournament in memory of Lt. Ethungbeni Enny culminated today, 18th December at Old changsu Village Football Ground under Wokha District.
Blue Raiders FC emerged as the winner by 3-1 goals against Boom FC. All together 17 teams participated at the tournament.
Lt. C. Kocherao Kithan, Running Trophy is considered as one of the greatest turn out in the district and also known as one of the oldest running football tournament in the district organise by Oasis Club old changsu Village.
The Emerged Winner of 32nd Lt. C. Kocherao Kithan running trophy walked away with a cash prize of Rs 30,000 along with running trophy and the Runner up walked away with a cash prize of Rs 10,000 along with Running trophy.
In the Women's Volleyball category, the Changsu women's volleyball team emerged as winner and runner up by Mortal women's volleyball team. The emerged winner of 2nd Women's Volleyball Tournament in memory of Lt. Ethungbeni Enny, walked away with cash prize of Rs 10,000 along with running trophy, 2nd runner up with Rs 5000 and 3rd runner up with Rs 2000.
Dr. Pithungo Kikon and Zanboni, Proprietor of Olive Clinic Wokha sponsored the winning cash prize for both winner and runner up. Running trophy for the women's volleyball was sponsored by the family of Lt Ethungbeni Enny's Family.
