Kohima, July 25 (MExN): The Governor of Nagaland, on the recommendation of the Police Establishment Board, has affected a major reshuffle in State Police Service either by transfer or promotion.
A notification from the Principal Secretary (Home) Abhijit Sinha informed that three Deputy Commandants has been promoted to the rank of Joint Director/SP/commandant.
In another notification from S R Saravanan, Special Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, it was informed that on recommendation of the Police Establishment Board, the Governor of Nagaland has ordered the transfer and promotion of several IPS/NPS officers in the rank of IGPs/DIGPs/SPs & commandants to different units/places.
