Dimapur, November 28 (MExN): The Luangdimai Citizens Forum (LCF) released the ‘Makuiluangdi Festival Documentary Film’ on November 28 through a webinar. TR Zeliang, Opposition Leader and former Chief Minister of Nagaland released the film from his residence in Dimapur, stated a press release.
During the occasion, TR Zeliang appreciated the LCF for taking up the initiative of organizing the Makuiluangdi Festival. He urged all the Luangdimai people living in the states of Assam, Manipur, and Nagaland and across the world to come together and unite as one people with one vision and one voice.
Poujenlung Gonmei, Founder and Principal, Highland National College, Imphal shared a brief history of LCF.
Dai Remmei, Additional Central Commissioner, Central Provident Fund, Mumbai and also the director of the documentary film shared that the film focuses on the ‘Makuiluangdi Festival’ event that took place at Makuiluangdi Village, Senapati District, Manipur from November 28 to 30.
H Nriame delivered the vote of thanks while the webinar ended with blessing prayer by Charingambou Briam, Pastor, Inpui Baptist Church Sanglamtilla Rangaphar, Dimapur.
