Kohima, April 12 (MExN): The BJP Mandal level training programme on Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya was conducted at Tizit on April 10, marking a significant step towards strengthening grassroots leadership and organisational capacity.

Addressing the event, Nagaland’s Health & Family Welfare minister P. Paiwang Konyak, urged karyakartas to deepen their understanding of the BJP’s ideology and work methodology.

Emphasising the principle of Antyodaya, uplifting the last person in the line, he called upon party workers to remain committed to service, inclusivity, and nation-building.

State Mahila President Tsachola Rothrong,  encouraged the women folk to rise, lead, and actively seize the opportunities created through various women empowerment initiatives. She highlighted the vital role of women in strengthening both the party and society.

The programme witnessed an enthusiastic participation of party workers, reflecting strong commitment at the grassroots level. The Mon district team played a key role in the success of the event by leading as speakers and efficiently chairing the proceedings, ensuring a well-coordinated and meaningful programme, according to Nagaland state BJP Media Cell.

The training programme concluded on a positive note, reaffirming the party’s dedication to ideological clarity, organisational discipline, and inclusive development.
